What you do have to follow some rules and regulations in order to yield the best of results. When it comes to cooking something so simple as steak, all the minor details account. You need to stay on it for a while. It takes some practice. There are things that you should avoid, and there are things that you should follow. In order to prevent any meltdowns, you should try not to freak out when you are cooking steak for the very first time. The most important thing is that you enjoyed yourself and also you should be confident. If you do so, you will be eating some amazing steak, very soon. Always remember that the steak will continue to cook even after you put out the fire and that is why, you need to be very careful that you take it off of the grill.
